WorkFrom a question to something your team can use

The thinking becomes work.

A useful company brief. A clear decision. A next step grounded in the relationship. These are the working outputs behind a market-development programme.

01Product development · Faktor

A recurring research task.
A working product.

The question

How can an analyst turn company research into a decision that a commercial colleague can understand and use?

What LND has built

Faktor brings company records, supporting evidence, qualification decisions and analyst-to-sales handoff into one application. Its initial workflow grew out of exhibitor qualification.

What we are developing next

A more continuous relationship context, relevant company changes and two embedded assistants for analysts and Sales. These extensions are being shaped for focused pilots.

Why this company, for this objective

The company serves industrial customers in the Gulf. A local service base could fit the zone’s light-industrial facilities and regional logistics connections.

Regional customers

Published project references include industrial customers in two Gulf markets.

What remains unknown

Whether the company needs its own facility, which licences it would require, and who owns the regional expansion decision.

02Illustrative application · A free zone

A company fits the sector.
Does the location fit its plans?

An example of how we would structure the work. The company, situation and evidence shown are synthetic; this is an illustration of the method.

Question

Who could benefit from this location?

Begin with the zone’s infrastructure, sector priorities and commercial offer. Look for relevant European company activity.

Work

Test the assumptions before the introduction.

Build a company map, check the apparent fit and clarify the requirements that still need a direct answer.

Useful output

A brief with a reason and a route.

Evidence, constraints, an open question and a proposed way to start the conversation.

Review
What changed

A new regional service director has been appointed. The role includes assessing local support capacity.

What we already know

In July, the company asked to revisit the facility discussion in September. Its main question was how a small service team could operate locally.

Private meeting note · client teamrecorded 2026-07-21
Suggested action · for human review

Prepare a short answer on service-team requirements. Ask the existing contact whether a September discussion is still useful and who should join.

03Illustrative application · Keeping the relationship useful

The conversation paused. The context kept moving.

A new company announcement matters when it connects to an earlier discussion. The working output is a considered next action: what changed, why it matters and what the team should do.

This cycle can be supported by an LND analyst in a managed programme. Monitoring and assistant-led suggestions are part of Faktor’s development direction.

04Exhibition development

A specific event.
A company with its own objectives.

Exhibitor qualification remains a concrete application of our approach. The relevant question is how a company’s objectives connect to this event, this audience and this edition.

A working brief brings together category fit, target markets, a route to the responsible person and the points that still need checking.

The outcome of the conversation then informs the next action, whether it concerns this edition or a later opportunity.

What should your team know next?
